The Southern Rockies and Great Northern LCCs will host a Green River Basin Landscape Conservation Design workshop on April 27-28, 2016, in Rock Springs, WY. The purpose of the workshop is to share information on the diverse work and collaboration occurring in the basin, explore landscape scale data to provide context to your management issues, and work towards identification of new opportunities to help achieve conservation objectives.

In 2014, the Tongass National Forest worked with EcoAdapt, with support from the Wilburforce Foundation, to conduct a stakeholder workshop and complete a climate change vulnerability assessment of aquatic resources including snow, ice, water, riparian vegetation, and fish.
This free two-day conference focuses on climate change impacts on wildfires, water scarcity, potential flooding, and the loss of over 90 percent of salmon and steelhead in California rivers. "Water and Fire" brings together scientists, policy makers, students, and the local community to debate options and identify actionable next steps for policies addressing climate change in California.
